Finish typing and recover search without unexpected navigation

Complete text composition, choose the intended result and return to the same search after reading an entry. We are keeping category selection and dismissal separate from keys used to finish typing.

A retry will preserve useful results and the current query. When recovery succeeds, focus will move only if it still belongs to the disappearing retry control, rather than interrupt another action or replace a newer search.
